Model Identity & Purpose

Home Vault utilizes Google Gemini 2.5 Flash to power the "Smart Inbox" feature. The sole purpose of this AI integration is the extraction of numerical data (prices), dates (contract renewals), and provider identities from user-forwarded utility emails, receipts, and property documents.

Data Minimization & Training

Strict Training Prohibition: We do NOT use your personal documents, emails, or vault items to train AI models, nor do we allow Google Cloud to use your data for foundational model training.

AI processing in Home Vault is ephemeral. Once data points are extracted and securely saved to your personal encrypted Vault, the raw prompt payloads are discarded from the processing layer.Regional Sovereignty: For UK and EU users, all AI data processing is routed exclusively via theeurope-west2 (London) region to ensure data never leaves local legal jurisdiction.

No record becomes part of your property’s permanent financial summary until it is explicitly validated and approved by you or a designated Property Member.
